Linville Law Firm PLLC is a closely knit law firm located in downtown Seattle providing legal services primarily to contractors, owners, developers, suppliers, architects and engineers. Our expertise centers around commercial and residential construction projects, recording of liens, foreclosures, construction defect claims, real estate transactions, formation of businesses, preparation of contracts, contract disputes, debt collection, employment matters, tax audits and assessments.

Each of our lawyers goes back in time with one or more of the others. Christian, David, and Bobby were classmates at Seattle Lutheran High School. Bobby, Christian, Seth and Lars went to law school at the University of Oregon. Sage and Larry go back to the days when the firm was just getting started. We are a collaborative team that works well both inside and outside the office. All of these interpersonal histories create a positive and productive work environment.

We provide a regional presence to our clients in the Pacific Northwest. Our attorneys are admitted to practice law in Washington, Oregon, California, and Idaho and we represent clients doing business in each of those states.
